What is TLF's relationship with Business To Business Logistics LLC?

The Logistics Firm LLC and Accredited Auto Transport LLC are both approved agencies of Business To Business Logistics LLC (MC748491).  We are covered by BTB's umbrella of operating bonds and insurances.  In addition, for TLF, they handle all billing for us.  All invoices will come from, and be due and payable to Business To Business Logistics LLC.  For any questions on this relationship, or to verify it, please email the owner of BTB, Matt Perkins, at mperkins@shiptbtb.com.

How do I sign up for the Client Portal?

For security purposes (yours and ours), you must be signed up by a member of management at TLF and/or Accredited Auto Transport to gain access to the portal.  We'd love to give you access!  To get a username and password, please email the name, email address and requested password you'd like to Dispatch@TLF247.com and we will get you set up.

Does TLF offer EDI capability and other tracking solutions?

Absolutely!  We can fulfill any needs you have for tracking.  Just ask your dispatch team!

How can my company become a TLF Client?

We've made our setup process as simple as possible for you.  All you need to do is complete our online client application by clicking HERE.  We verify your info and run the company credit through our receivables insurance company to establish an initial credit line for your company.  The process on our end only takes an hour or two, so we can get you moving immediately!

What if my company needs a higher credit line?

Not a problem!  Once you're a Client, we have everything we need on file to ask for an increased credit line.  Just ask us and we'll get back to you right away with the approved increase.
