Prior to working with The Logistics Firm brokers would a lot of times not accommodate the drivers in any way, look to profit much off the drivers hard work, and lack communication in resolving an issue, but after working with The Logistics Firm I changed my perspective and they accommodated my needs even through a tough time through COVID-19, they were fair in their rate, and they communicated and helped resolved issues in a timely fashion.
